The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Please inform us in advance of the exact number in your party.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment. Please use the balcony or designated outdoor areas.

No Parties or Events
The property is located in a calm residential society. Parties, events and loud gatherings are not permitted.

Respect Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of consideration for neighbouring residents.

No Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the property.

Secure Self Check-in
Confirmed guests receive secure, time-limited access details shortly before arrival. Please do not share these with anyone.

Daytime housekeeping is available. Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care, as you would your own home.
